PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ranger offers significant expertise in the management of various building projects. Combining the resources within the group and the vast expertise of our staff we provide focused results.

Ranger has taken on the role of Project Manager for a variety of projects large and small.  Where the attention to the project outcome remains the same regardless of size, the emphasis remains to always Safely, Deliver, Quality.

Ranger has also worked as the principal contractor on many projects.  Our approach is slightly different when it comes to being a contractor in that we appreciate the importance of subcontractor performance in the delivery of a project and view the process more holistically.  Over the last 30 years two thirds of our business has been as a subcontractor.  We understand that there is no ‘I’ in team and have a very good understanding of contractual performance and quality requirements for any project.
