Floor Toppings

Both Ranger Applied Finishes Canterbury (Christchurch) and Ranger Applied Finishes South Canterbury (Timaru) provide a variety of floor topping solutions applicable to industrial, commercial and domestic situations. As members of the Nuplex Licensed Contractors Federation our staff are trained in the application of the Nuplex product range allowing us to precisely match the most suitable product to each client's specific requirements.

Nuplex floor toppings enhance and protect concrete surfaces with colour, durability and impact, slip, heat and chemical resistance. This is achieved while also offering seamless and hygienic finishes.

Some of the more popular floor topping systems available from Ranger Applied Finishes are:

• Sureshield
  Industrial grade flooring specifically designed for the New Zealand food industry. An 8mm monolithic polyester flooring system with outstanding durability and chemical resistance which does not support bacteria or fungal growth. We have been installing this product in dairy factories, food preparation areas and freezing works throughout the South Island of New Zealand for more than 30 years.
  
• Decorative Terrazzite
  Incorporates decorative coloured sands making it useful for designating floor areas in commercial premises.
  
• Architectural Terrazzite
  The modern equivalent of traditional terrazzo flooring and considered the aristocrat of floor surfaces. Marble aggregate is embedded in the resin and highly polished to create a seamless low maintenance finish. Complex patterns and logos can be incorporated into the design to make a definitive design statement. The floor product of choice in shopping malls, supermarkets corporate foyers and other heavy pedestrian traffic areas.
  
• Quartzzite
  A coloured natural quartz stone finish which combines visual appeal with durability. Slip resistant and low odour during installation.
  
• Nuthane
  A polyurethane based industrial flooring system similar to Sureshield, with ultra-high chemical resistance and offering a non-odiferous solution for sensitive environments.
  
• Supascreed
  A low odour epoxy floor topping with excellent chemical resistance.
• Traxite
  An economical and decorative slip resistant flooring option.
• Terratuff
  An industrial strength, coloured epoxy coating.
  
• Terraflake
  An attractive seamless floor finish available in a variety of colours and flake combinations for both interior and exterior applications. Can be used to create tile patterns and is extremely durable.
